1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order via WhatsApp, or purchasing any product from NemiParas Agro Processing LLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, wholesale partners, and others who access or use our services.

3 Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are indicative and may change without prior notice for wholesale orders.

• Starting prices shown on the website are indicative only; final pricing is confirmed at the time of order via WhatsApp
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• GST will be charged as applicable and shown separately on the invoice
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any product or price at any time
• Product images on our website are for representation purposes only — actual appearance may vary slightly

4 Ordering Process

All orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp (+91 78230 10085). An order is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from our team.

• Send your product list and quantities via WhatsApp during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–5pm)
• We will share a proforma invoice / quotation within a reasonable time
• Orders are processed upon receipt of advance payment or as agreed for credit customers
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply for certain products — confirmed at order stage

5 Payment Terms

We accept payment via UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and cash (for local orders). Payment details will be shared on the invoice.

• Advance payment is required for all new customers
• Credit terms (if any) are agreed separately in writing
• GST invoice is provided with every order as per applicable GST regulations
• Receipts will be shared via WhatsApp or email upon payment confirmation

6 Intellectual Property

All content on this website including the NemiParas logo, brand name, product images, and text is the property of NemiParas Agro Processing LLP and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NemiParas Agro Processing LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability in any matter arising from a transaction shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied in that transaction.

8 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
